Однако же перспективный жк, стоит учитывать тем, кто целится на соседний Upside Towers. В т.ч. по ориентации окон. Ну и радоваться тем, кто вошёл удачно в Руставели 14. Ибо Хаттон / не Хаттон... а в любом случае - в локации добавится ещё объёма классом выше комфорта. Что, как я писал, полезная штука для расчётливого инвеста👍@iliilitop
