▪️Январь 2025 (м/м) практически везде прилично провалился (скрин 1). Самые устойчивый спрос показала Мск и Нижний 👆
▪️Инфу по Сочи добавил. Правда, помним, что не во всех городах и весях застрои аккуратно и корректно ведут ПДшки. Тем не менее... Эксклюзивом делюсь - сделки по кварталам за 2020-2024 (скрин 2)
