В этот же день в 2022 году в зоне СВО погибли 10 бойцов ОМОН из Кузбасса.
После трагичных событий 1995 года кемеровская художница Евгения Юманова написала картину, посвященную павшим бойцам. Все это время полотно хранилось в ее мастерской. В честь памятной даты она передала картину на базу ОМОН.
