По данному факту следственными органами Следственного комитета России по Волгоградской области возбуждено уголовное дело по статье 213 УК РФ (хулиганство).
Глава ведомства поручил руководителю следственного управления СК России по Волгоградской области Семенову В.И. доложить о ходе расследования уголовного дела и установленных обстоятельствах.
