نوآوری تنها در محصول نیست در فرآیندها و قوانین نیز متبلور می شود
⭕️ دکتر علی بنیادی نائینی عضو هیئت علمی دانشگاه علم و صنعت در پنل «انتشار فناوری های نوین در صنعت و خدمات و لزوم تعامل شرکت های بالغ با استارت آپ ها و دانش بنیان ها» کنفرانس مدیریت فناوری و نوآوری گفت:
✅ زبانی مشترکی که بین معاونت علمی به عنوان رگولاتور و تنظیم گر شرکت های دانش بنیان است با دیگر رگولاتورها مثل بیمه، بورس، مالیاتی وجود ندارد؛ اما همگام سازی شرکت های دانش بنیان با سایر رگولاتورها همیشه مد نظر معاونت علمی و فناوری ریاست جمهوری بوده است.
✅ متاسفانه نوآوری را فقط در محصول دیده ایم ولی در فرآیندها و قوانین ندیدیم.
