Iraq & Iran: Emirates flights to/from Baghdad & Iran (Tehran) are cancelled up to & including 23 October 2024. Customers transiting through Dubai with final destinations in Baghdad and Iran (Tehran) will not be accepted for travel at their point of origin up to & including 23 October 2024.
Basra flights will resume from the 17th October. Customers transiting through Dubai with final destination Basra will not be accepted for travel at their point of origin until further notice.

By the start of April, Pavel Durov had given his notice, with TechCrunch saying at the time that the CEO had resisted pressure to suppress pages criticizing the Russian government. During the operations, Sebi officials seized various records and documents, including 34 mobile phones, six laptops, four desktops, four tablets, two hard drive disks and one pen drive from the custody of these persons. Unlike Silicon Valley giants such as Facebook and Twitter, which run very public anti-disinformation programs, Brooking said: "Telegram is famously lax or absent in its content moderation policy."
