А разве кто-то хотя бы каплю удивился? В Мурманской области, что не благоустройство, так очередная затянутая сдача объектов. Самое интересное, что работы будут продолжаться и дальше, несмотря на плохие погодные условия.
Эх, все нашим властям по плечам, и морозы, и зной. Сейчас своей главной задачей администрация города называет освещение. Его надо сделать на этой улице до начала полярных ночей. Действительно, если хотя бы это им удастся, то уже хорошо будет. Лучше что-то, чем нечего.

Знали бы вы, какая это головная боль для местных жителей. Ждешь, ждешь новый объект, а в очередной раз тебе, буквально, плюют в лицо. Надеемся, что хотя бы когда-нибудь улицу смогут доделать.
