Ордера выданы «в контексте ситуации в Украине по предполагаемым преступлениям, совершенным как минимум с 10 октября 2022 года по как минимум 9 марта 2023 года».
Как утверждает МУС, есть основания полагать, что Сергей Кобылаш и Виктор Соколов несут ответственность за удары по объектам энергетической инфраструктуры на территории Украины.
