Одно время я руководил командой телеграм-канала банка №1 в России.
И в числе прочего всячески топил за то, чтобы показывать людей из коллектива этой огромной махины.
Потому что за миром привычных обывателям банкоматов/отделений/менеджеров скрывается масса любопытнейших процессов. И через умных, талантливых, прогрессивных сотрудников очень интересно можно их показывать.
А сейчас к похожей истории пришли в ВТБ. Только здесь кружки пилят их топы, а вместо закулисья работы — рекламная пауза. И кажется, что лучше так не делать.
Потому что от кружка ты ожидаешь какой-то личной или хотя бы лично-рабочей мысли, одной-двух тем сообщения.
А в примере ниже — 10 разных офферов, сухо рассказанных какой-то говорящей головой из топ-менеджмента банка.
