This has proven to be both a blessing and a curse for Telegram and its users, since these channels can be used for both good and ill. Its influence extends beyond the platform, with major Russian publications, government officials, and journalists citing the page's posts. Overall, extreme levels of fear in the market seems to have morphed into something more resembling concern.
