Прокуратура Красногвардейского района утвердила обвинительное заключение по уголовному делу в отношении 44-летнего местного жителя.
Он обвиняется по п. «в» ч. 2 ст. 158 УК РФ (кража, совершенная с причинением значительного ущерба гражданину).
По версии следствия, 16 января 2025 года обвиняемый, находясь по месту проживания в одной из квартир в д. 11/1 ул. Передовиков, похитил ноутбук, принадлежащий матери, стоимостью 40 тыс. рублей.
Установлено, что обвиняемый в феврале 2024 года был осужден судом за то, что уже похищал у матери именно этот ноутбук.
После чего женщина сама отыскала технику и выкупила ее.
В этот раз фигурант также сдал компьютер в ломбард, а деньги потратил на личные нужды.
Уголовное дело направлено в Красногвардейский районный суд для рассмотрения по существу.
