Россияне в 2022 году заняли первое место среди нерезидентов по покупке недвижимости в Дубае (ОАЭ), сообщило агентство Bloomberg со ссылкой на данные брокерской компании Betterhomes. По подсчетам компании, в прошлом году в Дубае было зарегистрировано более 86 тысяч сделок купли-продажи жилья, что превысило предыдущий рекорд в 80 тысяч сделок, установленный в 2009 году. В 2022 году было продано недвижимости на сумму около 208 миллиардов дирхамов (56,6 миллиарда долларов), что почти на 80% больше, чем годом ранее. Цены за год в среднем выросли на 11% против прироста в 21% в 2021 году.

In addition, Telegram's architecture limits the ability to slow the spread of false information: the lack of a central public feed, and the fact that comments are easily disabled in channels, reduce the space for public pushback. For example, WhatsApp restricted the number of times a user could forward something, and developed automated systems that detect and flag objectionable content.
