В соответствии с заключением экспертов установить качество оборудования невозможно, медицинское изделие не зарегистрировано на территории Российской Федерации, его параметры отличаются от заявленных производителем и указанным в документах. В результате действиями недобросовестного поставщика бюджету республики причинен ущерб на сумму более 14 млн рублей.
