Бывший замдиректора «Корпорации развития Курской области» Игорь Грабин обвиняется в злоупотреблении должностными полномочиями. О его аресте ходатайствовало СУ УМВД России по Курской области.
Следствие считает, что в 2023 году Грабин заплатил строительной компании за работы по строительству фортификаций на границе 173 миллионов рублей.
Но эти укрепления уже построила и получила за них оплату другая строительная фирма. По этому факту прокуратура возбудила уголовное дело о мошенничестве в особо крупном размере.
Суд постановил заключить Грабина под стражу на два месяца.
