Губернатор Кузбасса Сергей Цивилёв заявил, что подобная скоростная трассазначительно освободит дороги Кемерова от большегрузного транспорта. Кроме того, должна улучшиться экологическая обстановка. Хоть где-то про неё не забыли.
Участок проекта северо-западного обхода располагается в Кемеровском и Топкинском муниципальных округах. Так, длина трассы составит 47,7 км и соединит федеральную дорогу Р-255 Сибирь с запада на восток. Кроме того, через Томь будет возведён мост, протяжённость которого — 884,6 м. Сдать трассу планируют осенью 2024 года.

In December 2021, Sebi officials had conducted a search and seizure operation at the premises of certain persons carrying out similar manipulative activities through Telegram channels. Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders. Telegram, which does little policing of its content, has also became a hub for Russian propaganda and misinformation. Many pro-Kremlin channels have become popular, alongside accounts of journalists and other independent observers. He said that since his platform does not have the capacity to check all channels, it may restrict some in Russia and Ukraine "for the duration of the conflict," but then reversed course hours later after many users complained that Telegram was an important source of information. At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). The initial signals were promising, especially given Telegram’s user base is already fairly crypto-savvy.
