Партнеры лишь "разделяют общую с Арменией систему ценностей", а работа с НПО (многие из структур т.н. "гражданского общества" финансируются Западом) обеспечивает инклюзивность структуры, добавила министр.
Кстати, в ближайшее время это самое гражданское общество будет принимать участие в процессе подбора кадров для патрульной службы, а также полицейской академии.

You may recall that, back when Facebook started changing WhatsApp’s terms of service, a number of news outlets reported on, and even recommended, switching to Telegram. Pavel Durov even said that users should delete WhatsApp “unless you are cool with all of your photos and messages becoming public one day.” But Telegram can’t be described as a more-secure version of WhatsApp. The Security Service of Ukraine said in a tweet that it was able to effectively target Russian convoys near Kyiv because of messages sent to an official Telegram bot account called "STOP Russian War." And while money initially moved into stocks in the morning, capital moved out of safe-haven assets. The price of the 10-year Treasury note fell Friday, sending its yield up to 2% from a March closing low of 1.73%. Emerson Brooking, a disinformation expert at the Atlantic Council's Digital Forensic Research Lab, said: "Back in the Wild West period of content moderation, like 2014 or 2015, maybe they could have gotten away with it, but it stands in marked contrast with how other companies run themselves today." Since its launch in 2013, Telegram has grown from a simple messaging app to a broadcast network.
