У нас есть школьные психологи, которые работают с детьми. Есть вопросы, которые ребенок не хочет обсуждать с родителями, но готов обсуждать с психологом. И эти вопросы могут касаться его жизни и здоровья. Имею в виду, например, суицидальное поведение.
И если мы в такой ситуации ограничиваем возможность ребенка общаться с психологом без согласия с родителями, то это неправильно. Ведь это может быть единственная возможность у ребенка выговориться и сохранить позитивный настрой на жизнь.

When not turned on, though, chats are stored on Telegram's services, which are scattered throughout the world. But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website. "We as Ukrainians believe that the truth is on our side, whether it's truth that you're proclaiming about the war and everything else, why would you want to hide it?," he said.
