Наблюдения: - это долго, больше 5 месяцев - выдавший орган стоит не фмс, а мид первые цифры код органа выдавшего паспорт совпадают с телефонным номером страны - серия паспорта не обычная. На паспорта выданные мид ставится 53 или 55 серия - стоит необычная печать что нет отметки в общегражданском.
