Подсудимые Хофизджон Усмонов, Мутаулло Асоев, Рахматулло Саликов и Хамза Мухаммед контактировали с двумя из исполнителей теракта в "Крокусе" — Саидакрамом Рачабализодой и Шамсидином Фаридуни. Они действовали сообща.
