Ингредиенты:
Куриные голени 5 шт.небольших; Фасоль в томатном соусе 1 банка; Перец болгарский грунтовой 2 шт.; Корейская морковка 100 гр.; Подсолнечное масло для жарки, Соль, перец по вкусу.
Рецепт:
Режем кубиками болгарский перец и обжариваем на сковороде на подсолнечном масле до золотистой корочки.
Выкладываем на перец куриные голени, выливаем фасоль в томатном соусе., доводим до кипения и тушим под закрытой крышкой 20 минут.
Через 20 минут добавляем корейскую морковку, 3 ст.ложки воды, солим, перчим, перемешиваем, доводим до кипения, закрываем крышкой и тушим на среднем огне ещё 20 мин.
Если хочется поострее, можно добавить кетчуп 2-3 ст.ложки.
