Вот такие сугробы на детских площадках стали нормой. Теперь оледеневшие и заваленные снегом дворы столицы можно сравнивать со Смоленском или даже с деревнями Тульской области, но при этом не забываем, что у регионов нет таких огромных бюджетов.
Прошли много дворов. После моего обращения есть вероятность, что лёд будут колоть ломами (слишком запустили ситуацию) и могут разрушить покрытие. Круговорот бездарности и глупости ЖКХ на примере одного района.

Additionally, investors are often instructed to deposit monies into personal bank accounts of individuals who claim to represent a legitimate entity, and/or into an unrelated corporate account. To lend credence and to lure unsuspecting victims, perpetrators usually claim that their entity and/or the investment schemes are approved by financial authorities. Messages are not fully encrypted by default. That means the company could, in theory, access the content of the messages, or be forced to hand over the data at the request of a government.
