Пьяный водитель учинил ДТП и сбежал с места

В Великих Луках, на улице Дружбы, у дома №29/27, произошло столкновение двух автомобилей: Audi A4 и Renault Megane.

По словам очевидцев, водитель Renault Megane в состоянии алкогольного опьянения сбежал
с места ДТП.

Прибывшие медики оказывают помощь пострадавшим. Решается вопрос об их госпитализации.

На месте работают бригада скорой помощи, спасатели ПСО Великих Лук, сотрудники Госавтоинспекции.

Обстоятельства произошедшего выясняются.

The regulator said it had received information that messages containing stock tips and other investment advice with respect to selected listed companies are being widely circulated through websites and social media platforms such as Telegram, Facebook, WhatsApp and Instagram. Additionally, investors are often instructed to deposit monies into personal bank accounts of individuals who claim to represent a legitimate entity, and/or into an unrelated corporate account. To lend credence and to lure unsuspecting victims, perpetrators usually claim that their entity and/or the investment schemes are approved by financial authorities. Russians and Ukrainians are both prolific users of Telegram. They rely on the app for channels that act as newsfeeds, group chats (both public and private), and one-to-one communication. Since the Russian invasion of Ukraine, Telegram has remained an important lifeline for both Russians and Ukrainians, as a way of staying aware of the latest news and keeping in touch with loved ones. However, the perpetrators of such frauds are now adopting new methods and technologies to defraud the investors. The regulator said it has been undertaking several campaigns to educate the investors to be vigilant while taking investment decisions based on stock tips.
