Самый выгодный вариант - взять готовую квартиру, переехать в ближайшее время, платить на протяжении двух лет 2 ₽ ежемесячно и при этом откладывать на последующее погашение ипотеки.
Да и через два года ставка явно не будет 25%! И с платежом в 2 ₽ что себе можно позволить: топовую локацию, высокий сегмент жилого комплекса, массу удобств для жильцов и огромный комфорт в проживании.
Может пора задуматься? И воспользоваться возможностью, не откладывая на потом: собственная недвижимость = стабильность.
