[عن عائشةَ أم المؤمنين رضي الله عنها قالت: كنتُ قاعدةً أغزل، وكان رسول اللهﷺ يخصفُ نعله، فنظرتُ إليه، فجعل جبينُه يعرق، وجعل عرقُه يتولد نورًا، فبُهتُّ، فنظر إليّ
فقال: ما لك يا عائشة؟ فقلت: يا رسول الله! نظرتُ إليك فجعل جبينك يعرق، وجعل عرقك يتولّد نورًا، ولو رءاك أبو كبير الهُذلي لعلم أنك أحقّ بشِعره!
قال: وما يقول أبو كبير؟ فقلتُ: يقول:
ومبرَّأً من كل غُبَّرِ حَيضةٍ وفسادِ مرضعة وداءٍ مُغْيِلِ
وإذا نظرتَ إلى أسرَّة وجهِه بَرَقَتْ كبرقِ العارضِ المتهلِّلِ
قالت: فوضع رسول اللهﷺ ما كان بيده، وقام إليَّ، وقبَّل بين عينيَّ
