پیگیری‌های او تا به حال تا آنجایی جواب داده که قاضی کشیک دادسرای نظامی اجازه‌ی گرفتن فیلم دوربین مداربسته را به او داده است و از آن به بعد دیگر تا به حال پاسخی نگرفته‌اند.
