2) davlat xizmatchisi ish yuzasidan boshqa hududga ko‘chsa va turmush o‘rtog‘i yoki voyaga yetmagan farzandining o‘qishini o‘sha hududga ko‘chirmoqchi bo‘lsa (ishga kirgan vazirlik xati asosida).
