They now run it from Dubai, and Pavel Durov says it has more than 500 million monthly active users. We don’t know what it means to earnings.” Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said in a video message on Tuesday that Ukrainian forces "destroy the invaders wherever we can."
