На селекторе подведены итоги недели.
⚠️В 33 субъектах обстановка осложнялась непогодой. Перебои с электроснабжением были в 4 субъектах. Работы по восстановлению продолжаются в Карачаево-Черкесии, Тверской и Смоленской областях.
⚠️В 10 субъектах частично ограничивалось движение на автодорогах. На Военно-Грузинской дороге развернут подвижный пункт обогрева.
О пожарах за неделю: ⭕более 3,9 тыс. пожаров потушено; ⭕более 350 человек спасены.
На воде за неделю: ⭕21 происшествие; ⭕22 человека погибли; каждый показатель меньше на 60% по сравнению с аналогичным периодом прошлого года.
✅Силы и средства МЧС России привлекались к ликвидации 3 ЧС и 79 происшествий.
✅Спасатели МЧС России реагировали на более 1,6 тыс. ДТП, на которых спасены более 300 человек.
✅МЧС России контролирует безопасность свыше 1 000 человек.

Emerson Brooking, a disinformation expert at the Atlantic Council's Digital Forensic Research Lab, said: "Back in the Wild West period of content moderation, like 2014 or 2015, maybe they could have gotten away with it, but it stands in marked contrast with how other companies run themselves today." At its heart, Telegram is little more than a messaging app like WhatsApp or Signal. But it also offers open channels that enable a single user, or a group of users, to communicate with large numbers in a method similar to a Twitter account. This has proven to be both a blessing and a curse for Telegram and its users, since these channels can be used for both good and ill. Right now, as Wired reports, the app is a key way for Ukrainians to receive updates from the government during the invasion. Such instructions could actually endanger people — citizens receive air strike warnings via smartphone alerts.
