По данным организации, на первом заседании весенней сессии парламента 6 февраля нарушения зафиксировали при одобрении 27% законопроектов.
В частности, при рассмотрении трех законопроектов не опубликовали сопутствующие документы: заключения Главного юридического управления (по двум проектам), анализ воздействия решений (по одному) и заключения постоянных комиссий (по двум).
Кроме того, в отношении двух законопроектов не соблюли срок представления рекомендаций заинтересованным сторонам. Также период между регистрацией и первым чтением составил менее 10 рабочих дней, что нарушает регламент.
