Сказочная птица поселилась в одном из самых оживленных участков города — напротив цирка. Размах крыльев Жар-птицы достигает 11 метров, а высота композиции — почти восемь метров.
Сама конструкция представляет собой металлический каркас с закрепленными на нем светодиодами, благодаря которым птица переливается золотом и серебром.

Pavel Durov, Telegram's CEO, is known as "the Russian Mark Zuckerberg," for co-founding VKontakte, which is Russian for "in touch," a Facebook imitator that became the country's most popular social networking site. Some people used the platform to organize ahead of the storming of the U.S. Capitol in January 2021, and last month Senator Mark Warner sent a letter to Durov urging him to curb Russian information operations on Telegram.
