«После оказания помощи почувствовал себя плохо, прилег на кровать в приемном покое и уснул. Меня разбудили медработники и сотрудники полиции. Это мне не понравилось, я возмутился и выругался нецензурной бранью. Я плохо помню события из-за плохого самочувствия и алкогольного опьянения», – пояснил пациент.
В содеянном мужчина раскаялся. Суд признал его виновным ( ч.1 ст. 20.1 КоАП РФ – «Мелкое хулиганство») и назначил наказание в виде штрафа в размере одной тысячи рублей.
