Госдума приняла новый закон об изменениях в образовании врачей — список программ, по которым нельзя будет учиться дистанционно, должен определить Минздрав РФ. В первоначальном виде законопроекта речь шла о полном запрете.
Теперь обучение врачей должно проходить в образовательных организациях, которые имеют аттестованных преподавателей и необходимую базу для практических занятий. Председатель Госдумы Вячеслав Володин заявил, что новый закон повысит качество медицинской помощи.

At its heart, Telegram is little more than a messaging app like WhatsApp or Signal.
