По версии следствия, дети с площадки увидели, как студенты в обнаженном виде «занимались чем-то похожим на секс» на подоконнике у окна. Сами фигуранты дела утверждали, что несовершеннолетним просто «показалось что-то нехорошее» и что в тот день они чинили трубу и сняли футболки, чтобы не испачкаться.
После задержания обоих молодых людей отправили в СИЗО. Спустя год силовики провели следственный эксперимент и установили, что с детской площадки невозможно увидеть то, что происходит в квартире, где были студенты. Помимо этого, с улицы через это окно в целом можно увидеть только голову человека. Несмотря на это, дело против Тимура А. и Даниила Р. не стали прекращать.

The company maintains that it cannot act against individual or group chats, which are “private amongst their participants,” but it will respond to requests in relation to sticker sets, channels and bots which are publicly available. During the invasion of Ukraine, Pavel Durov has wrestled with this issue a lot more prominently than he has before.
