21 ноября Минфин США ввел санкции против Газпромбанка и еще около 50 российских банков. Вчера Газпромбанк предупредил клиентов о возможных проблемах с картами UnionPay за границей. ТАСС писал, что на сайте банка больше нельзя оформить карту этой платежной системы.

Telegram was founded in 2013 by two Russian brothers, Nikolai and Pavel Durov.
