Также под блокировку попал размещенный на сайте проект помощи эмигрантам «Ковчег». В рамках этого проекта волонтеры давали бесплатные консультации людям, покинувшим Россию после начала войны — по поводу получения документов на проживание, открытия банковских счетов и виз, а также поиска жилья.
«Антивоенный комитет России» создали оппозиционные и общественные деятели, находящиеся в эмиграции. Среди них — Михаил Ходорковский, Дмитрий Гудков, Гарри Каспаров, Владимир Кара-Мурза, Сергей Гуриев, Борис Зимин,Евгений Чичваркин.

Meanwhile, the company which owns Telegram is registered in the British Virgin Islands. Artem Kliuchnikov and his family fled Ukraine just days before the Russian invasion.
