После кратковременного похолодания на западные области европейской территории России (ЕТР) началось распространение тёплого воздуха. Уже в 3 ч ночи столбики термометров в Ленинградской, Новгородской и Псковской областях показали до 4...6°С.

Повышается температура и в центральных областях. В Москве эта ночь окажется теплее предыдущей на 12–14°С.

Потепление сопровождается осадками в виде снега, переходящего в мокрый снег и дождь. Также наблюдается узкая полоса гололёдных явлений, которая, по всей видимости, может несколько расшириться к востоку. Причём выпадение мороси и дождя местами наблюдается при температуре –8°С.

Морозы "под тридцать" сохраняются на северо-востоке ЕТР – в Коми.

Saturday and Sunday could easily bring unfortunate news on the war front—and traders would rather be able to sell any recent winnings at Friday’s earlier prices than wait for a potentially lower price at Monday’s open.
