Мощный антициклон над европейской территорией России постепенно разрушается. Метеостанции фиксируют падение атмосферного давления. Между тем, над Норвегией, в отроге нашего разрушающегося антициклона, сформировался самостоятельный центр высокого давления. Ожидается его дальнейшее усиление, а ослабевающий над ЕТР антициклон вскоре станет его восточным отрогом. Этот процесс поддержит антициклональный режим погоды на большей части ЕТР и, следовательно, дефицит осадков.
