«Это давно идет, новость уже несколько месяцев мусолится. Это людям свойственно. Знаете, логика — я как-то спросил: «Понимаете, это абсурдная как бы идея?» — Мне говорят: «Вот поэтому она в России и может появиться». Если по такой логике, то конечно, можно», — сказал глава ВТБ.
По словам Костина, он «не слышал этой идеи даже от каких-то людей, способных вырабатывать идеи», потому что в ней нет экономического смысла.
