По данным следствия, в 2020 году обвиняемый предоставил в Минсельхоз РД ложные сведения о наличии поголовья скота для получения субсидий на развитие овцеводства и козоводства. В результате на счет кооператива поступило более 420 тыс. рублей, которыми обвиняемый распорядился по своему усмотрению. Ущерб Минсельхозу РД был причинен в крупном размере. В ходе следствия ущерб частично возмещен, на имущество обвиняемого наложен арест. Уголовное дело с утвержденным обвинительным заключением направлено в суд.
