دانشجویان امروز دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشکی، عهده‌داران جایگاه‌های سیاست‌گذاری، مدیریتی و اجرایی حوزه سلامت کشور در آینده‌ای نه‌چندان دور خواهند بود. پذیرفتن این مسئولیت‌های خطیر نیازمند به برخورداری از نگرشی صحیح به مسائل سلامت کشور و توانمندی‌ها و مهارت‌هایی همچون رهبری، مدیریت پروژه، برقراری ارتباط موثر و کار گروهی خواهد بود که متاسفانه در برنامه آموزش رسمی رشته‌های علوم‌پزشکی توجه اندکی به آن شده است. المپیاد مدیریت نظام سلامت و آموزش، هرساله با تاکید و توجه به موضوعی خاص در مسائل حوزه سلامت کشور، تلاش می‌کند تا به اصلاح نگرش، تقویت مهارت‌ها و ارتقای ابتکار و توانایی حل مسأله دانشجویان در یک فضای رقابتی و سازنده کمک نماید.

In a message on his Telegram channel recently recounting the episode, Durov wrote: "I lost my company and my home, but would do it again – without hesitation." Telegram has become more interventionist over time, and has steadily increased its efforts to shut down these accounts. But this has also meant that the company has also engaged with lawmakers more generally, although it maintains that it doesn’t do so willingly. For instance, in September 2021, Telegram reportedly blocked a chat bot in support of (Putin critic) Alexei Navalny during Russia’s most recent parliamentary elections. Pavel Durov was quoted at the time saying that the company was obliged to follow a “legitimate” law of the land. He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores. Perpetrators of these scams will create a public group on Telegram to promote these investment packages that are usually accompanied by fake testimonies and sometimes advertised as being Shariah-compliant. Interested investors will be asked to directly message the representatives to begin investing in the various investment packages offered. "There is a significant risk of insider threat or hacking of Telegram systems that could expose all of these chats to the Russian government," said Eva Galperin with the Electronic Frontier Foundation, which has called for Telegram to improve its privacy practices.
