Несколько лет назад был принят закон о комплексном развитии территорий столичных промзон.

Мы получили право принимать решения о реализации проектов: если собственники промзоны согласны с ним, то могут осуществить его самостоятельно.

Если не согласны, городские власти вправе выкупить у них землю и привлечь инвестора по результатам торгов.

Работа уже идет. В стадии активной реализации 25 проектов. Мы планируем построить современные промышленные предприятия и технопарки общей площадью 1,8 млн кв. м. Создадим 87 тысяч рабочих мест, а объем инвестиций составит 705 млрд рублей.
