Столичный суд избрал меру пресечения владельцу, сдававшему квартиры и иным фигурантам по делу о незаконной миграции и организации занятий проституцией

Постановлениями Кузьминского районного суда города Москвы:

▶️ Поликарпову Андрею Николаевичу;
▶️Егоровой Екатерине Олеговне;
▶️Ильиной Ольге Петровне;
▶️Абдуллаеву Тимурлану Шабданбековичу;
▶️Кылычбеку Уулу Абдиназару,
обвиняемых в совершении преступлений, предусмотренных ч. 3 ст. 322.1, ч.1 ст. 241 УК РФ, избрана мера пресечения каждому
в виде заключения под стражу на срок 2 месяца 00 суток, до 20 января 2025 года.

Individual messages can be fully encrypted. But the user has to turn on that function. Channels are not fully encrypted, end-to-end. All communications on a Telegram channel can be seen by anyone on the channel and are also visible to Telegram. Telegram may be asked by a government to hand over the communications from a channel. Telegram has a history of standing up to Russian government requests for data, but how comfortable you are relying on that history to predict future behavior is up to you. Because Telegram has this data, it may also be stolen by hackers or leaked by an internal employee. The news also helped traders look past another report showing decades-high inflation and shake off some of the volatility from recent sessions. The Bureau of Labor Statistics' February Consumer Price Index (CPI) this week showed another surge in prices even before Russia escalated its attacks in Ukraine. And despite being one of the world's most popular tech companies, Telegram reportedly has only about 30 employees who defer to Durov for most major decisions about the platform.
