Воскресный ужин по-адлерски в нашей семье выглядит так.

Бабушка называла это блюдо дабак. Мы ели его каждый день. Летом закатывали на зиму, зимой разогревали и снова ели каждый день, добавляя иногда для сытности картошку.

В нашем огороде бабушка срывала баклажаны, длинный болгарский и острый красный перец, помидоры, выдергивала с грядок лук.

Потом грубо нарезала овощи и жарила их на постном масле — каждый вид по отдельности. И, уже жаренными, смешивала в одно блюдо — дабак.

Не путайте с двумя другими овощными блюдами моего детства — аджапсандалом (когда овощи тушатся все вместе) и хоровацем (овощи запекаются на костре).
