Сейчас Журавель отбывает срок в колонии по делу о сожжении Корана. Его задержали в Волгограде в 2023 году, затем этапировали в СИЗО в Грозном, где его избил сын Рамзана Кадырова Адам.
С учетом неотбытого срока за сжигание Корана ближайшие 14 лет Журавель проведет в колонии.
