С 1 марта 2025-го девелоперы смогут передавать квартиры по своим стандартам отделки вместо требований техрегламентов. А за выявленные недостатки жители теперь получат компенсацию в размере не более 3% от общей стоимости договора.
С учетом реалий — минимальные «стандарты» уже совсем скоро вполне могут стать новой нормой.
