Предварительно сообщают, что целью покушения стал президент Федерации бокса ДНР, создатель батальона «Арбат» Армен Саркисян — он арендовал квартиру в жилищном комплексе.

По информации из разных источников погиб либо сам Саркисян, либо один из его охранников. СК возбудил уголовное дело.

Unlike Silicon Valley giants such as Facebook and Twitter, which run very public anti-disinformation programs, Brooking said: "Telegram is famously lax or absent in its content moderation policy."
