23-летний житель Махачкалы подозревается в мошенничестве.
Накануне, возле дома по улице Д.Коркмасова, 23-летний местный житель, обманув, завладел мобильным телефоном, стоимостью 44 000 рублей, принадлежащим 19-летней жительнице Махачкалы.
Подозреваемый, доставленный в отдел полиции для разбирательства, рассказал, что договорился со знакомой о покупке её телефона. Пообещав через короткое время расплатиться, он присвоил гаджет, однако оплачивать стоимость устройства молодой человек не собирался.
Девушка, оставшись без своего телефона и денег, обратилась за помощью в полицию.
По данному факту собран материал для принятия процессуального решения.
