🧡Овсяноблин-давно не готовила, а так быстро итак вкусненько☺️ 70 мл кефира 3 ст л овсянки долгой варки (перемолоть перед смешиванием!) Пол-банана 1 ст л рисовой муки 1 яйцо
Все смешать, выпекать без масла под крышкой по 2 минуты с каждой стороны ☺️ (переворачивается отлично, если вдруг нет- разрежьте на 4 части и каждую переверните 😉)
🧡Овсянку варю сейчас 1 к 4) (2 чашки воды+2 чашки кокосового молока)

Russian President Vladimir Putin launched Russia's invasion of Ukraine in the early-morning hours of February 24, targeting several key cities with military strikes. These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise. The regulator said it had received information that messages containing stock tips and other investment advice with respect to selected listed companies are being widely circulated through websites and social media platforms such as Telegram, Facebook, WhatsApp and Instagram. Despite Telegram's origins, its approach to users' security has privacy advocates worried.
