Обжарить ~4 мин ❤️Добавить специи, ложку муки (сладкая паприка, соль),перемешать ❤️Выложить протертые томаты (или помидорки). Залить водой ❤️Добавить сметану, размешать ❤️Выложить в сковороду голени и покрыть их заливкой ❤️Закрыть крышку и оставить тушиться ~25 минут на медленном огне с одной стороны и 15-20 минут с другой стороны ❤️за 5-7 мин до готовности добавить зелень
