Дождливая погода меня угнетает, потому что мы не можем выйти гулять, а сон ребенка очень зависит от его выплеснутой энергии. Но делать нечего - и я придумываю активные игры, чтобы не нарушать режим. Можно 100 раз пробежать с мячом из комнаты в комнату, но это энергозатратно и для меня😅 а главное, недостаточно.
В поисках активной игры, которая увлечет ребенка и на время оставит маму в покое, я нашла потрясающего прыгуна😍
Наша собачка стала не только лучшим другом Тима (он фанат собак), но и помогает развить координацию и укрепляет мышцы, позволяет ребенку весело и активно проводить время не выходя из дома!
